About Warren

Days before the fall of Saigon, Warren Left for the United States in 1975. Even though only four years old at the time, he still remembers the scene at the airport before he boarded the plane to Guam (Read his story, “Memories of the Fall of Saigon“- San Jose Mercury News West Magazine).

Having been a refugee himself, Warren has dedicated the early years of his career to helping other refugees pursue the many opportunities that only America has to offer. After graduating from the University of California at Davis, Warren started his career as a gang-prevention counselor helping San Jose’s troubled youths get into college rather than prison.

Not forgetting where he came from, Warren also taught ESL to newly arrived immigrants. As an ESL teacher, Warren emphasized the importance of hard work and often reminded his students that anything can be achieved in America if you put your mind to it (Read his story, “Getting Into Workplace Job-Training Program Helps Turn Young Lives Around” – San Jose Mercury News).

While attending law school at the Lincoln Law School in San Jose, Warren was employed as a claims representative for some of the larger insurance companies. Having worked for the insurance companies many years, Warren knew that his passion as an attorney would be dedicated to helping the consumers and less fortunate instead.

As a defender of justice, Warren believes in being a voice for those who cannot speak for themselves. He was appointed to the City of San Jose Human Rights Commission where he helped investigate police misconduct and unfair employment practices by big corporations.

His motivation for justice is evident in his practice as a personal injury lawyer. Warren is aggressive and passionate when it comes to protecting his client’s interest. His passion for justice is evident when he played an instrumental role in stopping the proliferation of an underground cosmetic plastic surgery ring in the San Jose Vietnamese community. Not only did Warren recover monetary damages for a victim of a botched breast-implant surgery, but he helped this victim bring the perpetrators to justice (See this remarkable story on an episode of “MFI: Medical Fraud Investigators” – Discovery Health Channel & read this story “4 Charged with Practicing Medicine Without Licenses” – San Jose Mercury News).
